VSFTPD logging incorrect timestamp

By default, the Very Secure FTP Daemon (VSFTPD) logs to /var/log/xferlog in "wu-ftpd style, parseable by standard tools". VSFTPD can be found in distributions such as CentOS.

As a result, the time stamps are set using GMT. Presumably this is for "wu-ftpd style" which can then use other programs to parse the logs for statistics.

To change the logging to use the local server time, set the following in /etc/vsftpd.conf and restart VSFTPD.
